What will you do?• Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)• Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues• Provide support via phone and email• Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00–20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week
Candidate profile• Native or fluent in German• High level of English• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills• Reliable, flexible, and professional• Eligible to work in Spain starting September 2025
Employer offers• Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period• Paid training under contract• International and multicultural work environment• Travel reimbursement up to €200 after 3 months of employment (ticket required)• Financial aid of €300–€400/month (gross) for housing during the first 3 months (requires proof of accommodation payment)
