As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll be an integral part of our Product & Tech team, working closely with others to shape and deliver exceptional user-centric web applications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, wants to contribute to product development, and is highly skilled in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Your Mission
You'll join our Product team to build world-class applications that align with business goals and user needs. This isn't just a coding role—it's about being involved in the full product lifecycle, bringing your technical expertise and creativity to the table as we build scalable, intuitive solutions.
Job Functions
* Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and TypeScript
* Build robust and scalable back-end solutions using Python and Django Rest Framework (DRF)
* Create and maintain reusable component libraries, contributing to design and development consistency
* Work as part of the product team to design features that solve real user problems
* Participate in product discussions, contributing ideas that align with technical feasibility and user impact
* Translate product requirements into functional, elegant front-end solutions
* Implement and maintain robust testing practices, including unit and integration tests with tools like Jest and Pytest
* Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure clean and maintainable code
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and propose improvements to our stack and workflows
* Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
* Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data processing.
* Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications effectively
Requirements
Must-Have Skills :
* 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with expertise in React and TypeScript
* 4+ years of experience in back-end development, with expertise in Python and Django
* Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and Pytest, and an understanding of TDD practices
* Strong experience consuming RESTful APIs and building responsive, user-focused web applications
* English fluency at C1 / C2 level for effective communication in an international team
* A product-oriented mindset, with a strong interest in solving user problems through technology
Nice-to-Have Skills :
* Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional teams
* Basic knowledge of software architecture, infrastructure concepts, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Experience working with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Soft Skills :
* Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
