**What we are looking for**:
The job of** Telefonista/ Telephone Operator**is successfully executed when:
- The incumbent in this position is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner.
- Telephone lists are up to date.
- Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
- Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.
**Usual job responsibilities include**:The incumbent in this position is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner. Write down messages accurately for our guests and deliver messages in a timely manner. Handle guests' requests and confidential status. Handle personal wakeup call requests for guests according to the standards and automatic wakeup call requests for group and crew guests. Keep abreast of telephone directory, new staff and leavers, emergency procedures, special promotions, and general hotel product knowledge.

**Requisitos**:
La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:
- Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
- Alta orientación al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
- Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
- Conocimientos y experiência en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
- Gran conocimiento de la isla de Ibiza y su lifestyle.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
**Requirements**:

- Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.
- Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
- Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
- Great knowledge of the island of Ibiza and its lifestyle.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
