+ Cost responsibility for Cost collector PSP-s/WBS-s
+ Approval of orders and tracking
+ Booking of goods receipt (for Supplier Service Charge)
+ Booking of internal cost allocation from Product side to Business side against revenue/usage
+ Cost Tracking, BU Forecast of Costs and Cost allocation, Tracking and Month-end closing* **Revenue Controlling & Reporting**
+ Reporting of Customer contracts and its revenues including Cost Center Split for License Reporting
+ LBU Revenue and Cost Controlling
+ Reporting of invoiced revenues and tracking of upfront booking accruals and its releases
+ Revenue Share / Service Charge Reporting to strategic supplier and organizing and leading the following Q&A Meeting
+ Giving input and taking part in Business Case calculations for deals or the entire platform* **Budget & Administration**
+ iPF (Budget Planning)
+ Miles+ (timing tool) Admin for the department
+ Drive the digitalization and automation of manual tasks### Your ProfileWe are looking for an expert **Finance and Cost Manager** with extensive experience in end-to-end operational delivery, strong SAP and financial controlling expertise, and the ability to drive digitalization and automation in a large enterprise environment.#### Must Have Skills* Finance/Business Degree or Business Informatics degree* Minimum 8 years of experience as Finance and Cost Manager or similar role in Finance in a large enterprise* Experience handling end-to-end operational delivery of Finance in a unit* Experience managing complex dependencies in finance and organizational topics* Experience conducting business analysis at operational and organizational level* Hands-on experience in SAP and data retrieval from databases* Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel (especially pivot tables)* Extensive experience in Microsoft PowerPoint* Experience collaborating with Central Finance teams in large organizations* English language proficiency* German language proficiency (fluent or advanced)* Advanced Excel skills* SAP user level experience, especially FICO module* PowerPoint proficiency* Experience with visualization tools (Power BI preferred or Tableau)* Experience with cost management and cost responsibility for cost collectors* Experience with approval of orders and tracking* Experience with booking of goods receipt for Supplier Service Charge* Experience with booking of internal cost allocation* Experience with cost tracking, BU forecast of costs and cost allocation* Experience with month-end closing* Experience with revenue controlling and reporting* Experience with reporting of customer contracts and revenues* Experience with LBU revenue and cost controlling* Experience with revenue share/service charge reporting* Experience with business case calculations* Experience with budget planning (iPF)**T‐Systems** is part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.
