We are looking for an experienced
Logistics Specialist
to join our Iberia Distribution and Logistics team based in Madrid. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and data synchronization between Oracle and our logistics service providers (LSPs), overseeing processes related to inventory control, procurement, and interface management. You will also act as a key point of contact for local operations in Spain and Tenerife, contributing to system improvements and member experience.This is a highly collaborative role, engaging with cross-functional teams in Iberia and across EMEA, including LSPs, Global Business Services (GBS), Planning, Product Development, and Member Services. You will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and data accuracy.In this role you will:
Oversee inventory accuracy and data synchronization between Oracle and LSP warehouse systems in Iberia.Execute and analyze stock reconciliation reports, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective actions.Act as the main point of contact for inventory-related issues and escalate when necessary.Support all inventory control processes:
receiving, transactions, cycle counts, disposal, and reconciliation.Manage procurement activities for local items and services, creating requisitions in Oracle (iProc).Collaborate with local and EMEA teams on product launches, promotions, and sustainability initiatives.Monitor and improve key KPIs related to delivery promise, inventory accuracy, and member experience.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.G., SOX, Health & Safety, ECOEMBES).Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements, and influence LSP performance.Who we’re looking for:
A professional with a Bachelor’s degree (specialization in logistics is a plus).Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain roles.Strong technical knowledge of inventory systems, reconciliation, and transactional accuracy.Advanced Excel skills and strong command of Microsoft Office.Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Organized, analytical, and action-oriented team player with high integrity and strong communication skills.What we offer:
