Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
* Approximately 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a consumer-focused environment
* Experience with Jira & Confluence
* Experience acting as a bridge between Business and Technology departments
* Experience creating User stories and user epics
* SQL knowledge
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong experience with agile methodologies
* English and French fluency
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
* Create documentation including user stories and requirements for deployment
* Assist in designing and implementing new processes and systems to improve consumer service
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders
* Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to consumer engagement
* Ensure business requirements are documented and communicated effectively to technical teams
