Responsibilities Monitoring and support of internal and customer quality requirements, in products and processes, in accordance with the Group's quality planning model.
Ensure the resolution (containment, correction and prevention) of non-conformities, whether internal or external, prioritizing those related to customer complaints, through structured problem-resolution methods.
Identify risks associated with compliance with quality and environmental requirements, promote preventive management (FMEAs, Control Plan), define and escalate problems and propose action plans for mitigation.
Management and resolution of quality incidents related to the product, process or service under its scope using structured problem-solving methods.
Generate quality reports and documentation with technical criteria.
Collaborate with other parts of the organization on new development projects, industrialization, process reengineering, or other transversal quality activities.
Requirements Master's or degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
2+ years of work experience in the functions described in an industrial context.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Knowledge of composite materials.
Office 365, specifically Excel.
Availability to travel.
