You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, increasing domain sales, and enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms.**Team setup**The Marketing team currently includes Marketing Team Leader, Marketing Operational Manager, Copywriter, Frontend Developer, and UI/UX Designer. Performance Marketing Manager will report to a Marketing Team Lead.**Key responsibilities**- Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies:- Create and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives.- Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze marketing campaign data, generate performance reports, and present findings to the management team.- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimise marketing efforts- Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns:- Oversee and optimise paid search and display campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.- Social Media Advertising:- Strategise and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Identify target audiences and tailor ad creatives for maximum impact.- Affiliate Marketing:- Develop and maintain partnerships with affiliate partners to drive domain sales and brand exposure.- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise commission structures to incentivise high-quality traffic.- SEO and Content Marketing Collaboration:- Collaborate with the SEO and content marketing teams to align efforts and leverage content assets for performance marketing campaigns.- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):- Implement CRO strategies to enhance landing page and website performance, improving conversion rates and overall user experience.- Budget Management:- Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment.**Competences- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the digital marketing domain.- Strong track record of driving successful performance marketing campaigns with tangible results.- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.- Familiarity with domain industry trends and competitive landscape is a plus.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong project management and organisational abilities.- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and innovations.**We offer**- A full-time permanent role (the Netherlands, Spain, and India) and contractor position available elsewhere (with paid holidays and sick leave); - 100% remote work (you can work from any location, no need to go to the office); - International team andregular online events to stay connected; - Internal hackathons, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions; - Quarterly review and annual salary review; - Versátil working hours(we don't have time trackers, we are a result-oriented company); - We are ISO 27001-certified remote workplace.
