Requirements
- Very good knowledge of IT solution design standards and patterns
- Ability to analyze business and technology projects in terms of feasibility, compliance, and strategic alignment
- Experience in designing, consulting, and recommending target system architectures, including cloud solutions
- Strong documentation skills - creating, consulting, and presenting technical documentation
- Ability to define technical requirements based on business needs
- Support in developing advisory products and digital transformation services
- Active subject‑matter support and effective collaboration with IT and Business teams
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Excellent task prioritization and time management abilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing IT or data solutions as well as methods of innovation and idea creation, such as design thinking; experience in data management programs is preferred
- Understanding of business domains, data and information architecture, and challenges related to IT system implementation
- Knowledge of data and information modeling, information classification, problem analysis, structural analysis and design, and programming techniques
- Ability to manage change and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11 systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, Kerberos, MS SQL Server, Entra ID, and Office 365
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts
- Familiarity with ManageEngine tools (ServiceDesk, ADAuditPlus, Password Manager Pro)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and AI/automation tools (e.g. Azure AI Services, RAG)
- Understanding of virtualization (VMware) and containerization (AKS, Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps)
- Familiarity with queuing systems, APIs, with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Ability to prepare cost evaluation of solutions in both Azure and on‑premises environment
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards, SIEM/SOC platforms, and logging/monitoring tools
- Readiness and willingness to continuously expand knowledge and skills

Responsibilities
- Designing and developing scalable and secure IT system architectures
- Providing expert guidance on cloud and hybrid solutions
- Supporting and accelerating KPMG’s digital transformation initiatives
- Preparing and maintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Assessing and recommending innovative technologies and architectural approaches
- Contributing to the strategic development of the OneIT Portfolio and Delivery Department across CEE
- Preparing (estimizing and optimizing) costs for various architecture solutions
