Spanish multinational headquartered in Madrid undergoing a full transformation of its traditional business model.
Reporting to the General Chief Commercial Director, the selected candidate will be required to:
- Define the Global Marketing Vision and Strategy, aligning it with corporate growth and expansion objectives, ensuring a coherent and powerful brand image at an international level.
- Assume final responsibility for all marketing activities and performance across all Group products and channels.
- Establish and supervise strategic KPIs and the P&L; of the area, assuming full responsibility for the profitability of marketing investments.
- Direct and audit the strategic positioning of the brand, developing a clear and differentiated value proposition for each target market.
- Lead market analysis and business intelligence (BI) to deeply understand the consumer, identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation, leading the exploration of new business models, emerging channels and disruptive technologies (MarTech, AdTech).
- Define the Digital Transformation and Business Development strategy for the group.
- Generate new revenue through the development of new products and services, either proprietary or through strategic alliances.
- Oversee the design, construction and implementation of the launch strategy for the new marketplace.
- Ensure that all digital channels are profitable and suitable for the company's business objectives.
- Identify and implement new technologies, platforms and innovative methodologies to optimize the customer journey and create sustainable competitive advantages.
- Direct the strategy and evolution of all digital assets (web, app, marketplace) to ensure an impeccable user experience (UX/UI) that exceeds customer expectations.
- Design and implement innovative loyalty programs that maximize customer lifecycle value.
- Optimize the marketing automation and CRM strategy to personalize customer communication.
- Develop and execute high-impact global activation campaigns, ensuring brand consistency while adapting to the local needs of the group's subsidiaries.
- Oversee social media strategy to position the brand in an attractive and relevant way in the digital market.
- Establish clear metrics to evaluate marketplace and digital channel performance, implementing continuous data-driven improvements.
- Ensure interdepartmental alignment, presenting proactive solutions that drive the achievement of integral objectives.
- Develop, mentor and empower the team by building a talent structure capable of facing future challenges.
- Establish the department's structure, roles and objectives to maximize its efficiency and direct impact on business profitability.
