We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Human Nutrition team in Barcelona, Spain, with responsibility for the Iberia and Tunisia Bakery and confectionery markets.

As Sales Manager—Human Nutrition, you’ll drive commercial success across Iberia and Tunisia, shaping Barentz’s presence in these high-potential markets. This is more than just sales—you’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering innovative ingredient solutions to our food manufacturing partners for Bakery and Confectionery, with a strong focus on technical value and application expertise.
Manage and grow sales in Iberia and Tunisia
Develop and maintain customer relationships via CRM/BRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Area Sales Manager
Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in food ingredient distribution
Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, and French
Proficient in CRM/BRM systems for managing customer pipelines and relationships
