The company
A well-established company, currently strengthening its People function to support growth and organizational maturity.
The role
Reporting to the CEO/General Management and partnering closely with key business areas, the Chief People Officer will lead the overall People strategy and HR operations, driving culture, talent and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
* Define and execute the People strategy (organization, culture, leadership).
* Lead talent acquisition for key roles and ensure a strong onboarding process.
* Drive performance management, learning and development.
* Oversee employee relations and advise managers on day-to-day people matters.
* Manage compensation & benefits, engagement and internal communication.
* Improve processes, reporting and KPIs (HRIS/ERP).
