Descripción del puesto

As an Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise in strategy, planning, and media campaigns across all channels. The agency offers training and coaching by senior leaders to support your growth. Building strong relationships with clients and external partners is key in this role.

Responsabilidades

How You’d Spend Your Day

* Establish direct relationships with clients' marketing teams and global media teams.
* Develop overall strategies and media rationales.
* Implement strategic lines effectively.
* Coordinate global brand activities and media campaigns.
* Collaborate with planning teams and oversee communication plans.
* Assess needs and monitor objectives.
* Manage budgets and approve billing processes.
* Propose improvements and manage market sources.

Cualificaciones

* Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related field, or 4-6 years of client management experience.
* 3-4 years in a managerial role, preferably with international accounts.
* Strong multimedia and digital media planning skills.
* Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
* Excellent communication, flexibility, and proactive attitude.
* Strategic thinking skills.
