Job Description:
The Principal Presales Solution Architect will specialize in Data Integration solutions, driving sales by combining deep technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset. They will lead the technical sales process for the Qlik Talend portfolio, delivering product presentations, running proof-of-concept tests, and supporting demand generation through marketing events.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose appropriate Qlik integration solutions. Prepare materials and demos according to each sales opportunity. Identify strengths and weaknesses compared to competitors in the market.
Responsibilities:

* Prepare materials and demos for sales opportunities.
* Identify strengths and weaknesses of Qlik compared to competitors.
* Engage in technical discussions about client data integration projects.
* Participate in marketing events showcasing Qlik Talend solutions.
* Solve queries from the partner channel.
* Provide innovation and ideas to enrich the knowledge of the Qlik Iberia team.
* Contribute to and learn from EMEA colleagues in the same area of knowledge.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in data integration (ETL, CDC, Data Governance, Data Quality, API integration) and roles such as Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant.
* Excellent public communication skills and ability to synthesize complex concepts.
* At least 3 years of experience with the Talend portfolio or other Data Integration products.
* Ability to work with multiple teams, technical, commercial, local, or international.
* Autonomy to lead own initiatives in innovation and resources to solve client technical problems.
* Ability to travel between Madrid and Barcelona, with occasional international face-to-face events.
* Hybrid working method; not required to always attend the office or all client meetings.
* Strong motivation for the world of Data Integration and its benefits to organizations.
* Ability to communicate in English at a business level.
* Extensive experience in multiple databases, DL, and DW (SAP, Oracle, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake).
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of DAMA standards.
* Familiarity with market tools for data integration and governance.
* Experience integrating with APIs.
