As an AI-First Strategy Lead, you'll shape how Aily embraces artificial intelligence across the organization, working closely with technical teams to bring your vision to life.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define what “AI-first” means for Aily: assess where we are, identify opportunities, and create roadmaps that connect AI initiatives to business goals
- Develop frameworks to prioritize AI use cases across the company
- Work with leadership to build company‑wide support and embed AI thinking into our culture
- Project Leadership:
- Guide the implementation of internal AI systems and automation: from gathering requirements to successful adoption
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver AI projects on schedule
- Technology & Implementation:
- Recommend the right AI technologies and tools for Aily’s needs
- Design strategies for adopting AI that consider our current systems and team capabilities
- Create playbooks that help teams across Aily use AI effectively
- Delivery & Impact:
- Collaborate on technical work when needed: help create prototypes and solve challenges
- Establish ways to measure success and business value
- Explain AI concepts and recommendations to different audiences, from engineers to executives
Your First 6 Months
- Month 1 : Learn our business and technical landscape. Define an AI vision and initial roadmap.
- Month 3 : Launch 2‑3 high‑impact AI projects that transform how we work. Show measurable results.
- Month 6 : Expand AI capabilities across the company. Become a trusted advisor to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience & Leadership:
- 6‑8 years of professional experience with 2‑4 years in management roles
- Success leading AI/ML projects from idea to implementation
- Experience creating strategies and driving organizational change
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with key AI concepts and technologies
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI systems, and deployment approaches
- Basic knowledge of software engineering and data principles
- Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to connect business goals with AI opportunities
- Experience managing change and communicating with executives
- Understanding of SaaS businesses and product development
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast‑paced environments
