Mission:
The Senior Supervisor / Research Manager will drive the hands-on execution of social listening and reporting projects, turning digital conversations into actionable insights. This role focuses on technical analysis and reporting, with a small component of guiding junior analysts to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
Requisitos
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute social listening projects: monitor brand, competitors, trends, and reputation.
* Build and maintain dashboards with key KPIs (sentiment, share of voice, engagement, reach, etc.).
* Analyze data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Prepare reports and presentations that inform marketing, communication, and business decisions.
* Supervise and guide a small team of junior analysts on project tasks.
* Ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met for each project.
* Suggest methodological improvements and new metrics to anticipate market changes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
* 3–5 years in research, insights, social listening, or analytics.
* Experience in media agencies or market research consultancy.
* Proficient in at least one social listening tool (Synthesio, Radarly, Talkwalker, Sprinklr); Synthesio preferred.
* Experience with data visualization tools (RStudio, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
* Strong ability to translate data into clear stories for marketing, communication, and business teams.
* Experience supervising small teams or projects.
* Proactive, organized, and strategic mindset.
* Knowledge of advanced analytics (statistics, segmentation, emerging trends).
* Fluent in English & Spanish
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Familiarity with GWI or Statista.
* Knowledge of traditional quantitative market research techniques.
