Key Account Manager – VW Group Brands EuropeThis Challenge Awaits You.
Would you like to help develop IAV's business and strengthen the bond with our most important customer?
Then sales is the right place for you!
Through your growing network with decision-makers at customer level, you will bring our customer closer to IAV and our offering.
With your work, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of our customer strategy and define our sales targets based on customer needs and sales opportunities.
Your success ensures IAV's high competitiveness and gives our technology-driven employees a perspective!
Your TasksYou are responsible for the account strategy of several European clientsYou establish contacts across several levels and areas of the clientYou lead interdisciplinary bid teams to win large projectsYou determine competitive bid prices and negotiate large bids (target pricing)You define measures to grow sales and increase competitivenessYou are part of the VW Group sales team and use overarching synergies from cooperation with other key and account managers within the brand and the GroupYou work out IAV's USP together with the technological areas and analyze and realize new business opportunities from AI to cylinder deactivationNecessary SkillsCompleted studies in natural sciences, engineering or economics, preferably, but not necessarily with a doctorateSeveral years of experience in the acquisition of development servicesKnowledge of the processes and corporate culture of the VW GroupGood contacts in the brands of the VW GroupCuriosity, enjoyment of relationship management and changeDesired SkillsYour strength is the personal approach and enthusiasm of your counterpartYou are characterized by entrepreneurial thinkingYou have good collaboration, conflict, assertiveness and communication skillsYou have a good customer orientationWhat We OfferModerne Mobilität ist eine Schlüsselaufgabe unserer Zeit.
