This role is highly outbound-driven. Cold calling is the most effective and prioritized channel. You will spend a significant part of your day speaking directly with prospects by phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Experience in cold calling
* Daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling
* Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers
* Test scripts, objections and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning
* Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them
* Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot
Qualifications
* A real master in cold calling
* Basic understanding of copywriting
* Experience using a CRM, especially HubSpot
* Strong communication in English (B2 level minimum)
* Passion for startups and learning through practice
* Self-starter mindset
* Curiosity and resilience
* Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments
