* Lead the Revenue Cloud Workstream as part of the Salesforce Global Instance implementation, ensuring consistent delivery across regions.
* Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT, translating operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions within Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and related modules.
* Drive process definition and system configuration across key revenue operations areas such as quoting, pricing, contracts, billing, and order management.
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design, validate, and deploy new CRM capabilities tied to revenue workflows.
* Partner with the Global Salesforce CoE to ensure all design and delivery aligns with global standards and Salesforce best practices.
* Support change management activities, including process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and end-user training.
* Monitor solution adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement post go-live.
* Collaborate closely with peers in the CRM team, such as the Salesforce Demand Manager and Solution Architect, to ensure seamless delivery across streams.
