- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team (20 people), fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end credit and collections process, ensuring timely and efficient cash flow.
- Coordinate and negotiate directly with third parties regarding outstanding debts and payment terms.
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts, implementing strategies to reduce delinquency and bad debt.
- Handle claims, disputes, and escalations with professionalism and strategic thinking.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to the central finance team in Germany.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the credit management function.
- SAP tasks
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience as an auditor or ex-auditor is highly valued.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- High level of proactivity and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
