Key Responsibilities :
* Design and implement data strategies to align with business goals and drive actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
* Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
* Write complex SQL queries, manage database structures, and optimize database performance.
* Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
* Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and technical expertise.
* Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
* Ability to handle high workloads, while demonstrating strong ownership and accountability

Requirements
11. Data Process Mastery : Ability to break down complex data processes and design scalable solutions.
12. Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting : Expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
13. SQL & Database Management Expertise : Advanced SQL skills and database management experience.
14. Proficiency in Spreadsheets & Office Tools : Mastery of Excel and other Office tools for analysis and presentation.
15. Experience with Data Pipelines and Engineering : Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
16. Python and / or Other Analytical Programming Languages : Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
Preferred Qualifications :
17. Machine Learning : Exposure to machine learning techniques and models for predictive analytics.
18. Leadership and Team Support : Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
19. Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Alignment : Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and align data initiatives with business goals.
