Job Description :
The Strategy & Transformation Lead acts as a key enabler to ensure the implementation of the vision, tone, and narrative in complex business change transformations, focusing on digitalization and automation. The role actively contributes to the accelerated execution of transformation programs, ensuring the right focus, quality, and speed.
This role is a key reference point for senior subject matter experts across company functions to drive the execution of transformation programs, with a focus on automation (AI as the central point), ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination.
The role involves leading risk assessment and impact analysis, elevating key outcomes to functional leads, and proposing risk-based recommendations for evaluation in steering committees.
The role is responsible for designing and leading program performance monitoring frameworks and tracking progress against transformation goals.
The role includes end-to-end design and preparation of high-quality presentations and documentation related to design alternatives, risk assessment, and performance / status reports for the Transformation Office and other leadership forums (e.g., Commercial Committee, Executive Committee).
Skills :
* Excellent presentation skills to synthesize complex topics into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
* Experience in digitalization programs, preferably with exposure to AI
* Strong project management and planning skills
* Analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
* Numerical reasoning and modeling capabilities
* Personal sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels
* Ability to navigate high uncertainty and constant change
Experience :
* Minimum 5 years managing strategic and transformational projects at a global organization or in strategy consulting
* Experience in designing and implementing large-scale strategic projects and transformation programs
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields
* Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferable
