Job Title: Sales Executive – New Logo Acquisition

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive – Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the Enterprise and digital services space. This role requires a consultative seller with strong experience in enterprise SaaS solutions and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure
Drive new logo acquisition across Global Communication Service Providers and other Enterprise customers
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets
Develop deep understanding of Alepo’s Agentic AI and digital platform offerings
Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers to position strategic solutions
Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Key Requirements
~5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (preferably enterprise, Network security, SaaS)
~ Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($100K+)
~ Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
~ Experience working with global clients and long sales cycles
~ Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to Global Communication Service Providers or other Enterprise customers
Familiarity with either Agentic AI, AI-driven platforms, Telecom, Digital transformation solutions
Bachelor’s qualification
