Your Impact
Design, architect, and develop bespoke agentic AI solutions that integrate with complex enterprise systems.
Build and deploy LLM‐based agents using Agentforce, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other orchestration frameworks.
Define, improve, and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and security.
Perform advanced configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform to support agentic solutions.
Design data models and build efficient pipelines to optimize data for advanced AI applications.
Identify, analyze, and resolve the most complex technical challenges across all solution delivery phases.
Lead innovation on the Agentforce platform and influence future product enhancements.
Maintain expertise in the latest AI advancements and integrate new knowledge into product and process innovation.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands‐on, end‐to‐end delivery experience for high‐quality, scalable production solutions.
Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Apex, JavaScript, Python). Deep knowledge of OOP and databases.
Experience building applications with modern web component frameworks (React, Angular, or LWC).
Hands‐on experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions, including integrating LLMs and advanced AI orchestration frameworks.
Proficient in prompt engineering, RAG strategies, and defining/testing frameworks for LLM outputs.
Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics with enterprise platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
Experience in automated testing—unit and functional—and in developing testing frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration across diverse teams.
Track record of innovative problem solving for new and unforeseen business problems.
Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with the Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration and custom development.
Contribution to open‐source AI frameworks or libraries.
Advanced Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).
Professional experience in Apex, JavaScript, and/or Python coding languages.
Experience with voice systems, preferably in an agentic setting, and text‐to‐speech / speech‐to‐text APIs.
Appreciation for high‐quality user experiences that go beyond the bare minimum.
