Legal Counsel
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specializing in civil, commercial, and competition law within the medical devices sector. As a trusted legal partner, you will provide advice and solutions across various business activities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders as part of the Legal & Compliance team.
* Manage litigation proceedings by coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.
* Handle all legal matters related to civil, commercial, and competition law, especially contract law.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
* Assess and manage legal risks in line with HARTMANN's global standards and strategy.
* Monitor legal developments and incorporate relevant changes into daily practices.
* Advise on compliance standards and policies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in law, with emphasis on corporate law.
* Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to interpret complex laws and regulations.
* 3 to 5 years of experience as Legal Counsel, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel in a large corporation.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Capable of working independently on projects.
* Proven ability to collaborate across functions, build relationships, and serve as a trusted partner.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
