Scope and general purpose: overlooking the smooth execution of the sitting, communicating with the rest of the managers. Build and develop ongoing professional relationships with guests.
Responsibilities:
? Reception desk set up
? Build customer loyalty
? Assure marketing campaigns
? To attend meeting and training as required
? Support and collaborate with staff, offering constructive feedback to sustain a consistent high level of service
? Provide booking information to other departments and keep them updated
? Liaise with heads of departments to ensure a smooth service
? Ensure all departments are able to cope with service levels by monitoring reservations and communicating closely
? Ensure that guest check in and check out services are done promptly and courteously
? Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely professional manner
? Support the manager in dealing with vips to ensure exceptional service
? Monitor reservations system and cover analysis in order to recommend ways to increase revenue and ensure booking are efficient
? Liaise at all time with event and marketing department to ensure smooth organisation
