Job Description:
Manage and support the operational elements and execution of studies and/or programs to ensure delivery; time and quality resulting in strong financial performance and customer satisfaction, in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices from pre-award to close-out. Collaborate with study teams to leverage therapeutic expertise and IQVIA solutions for operational excellence and strategic leadership.
Essential Functions:
* Participate in bid defense preparations and lead presentations with Business Development for large, multi-country studies.
* Support the development of integrated study management plans.
* Oversee the strategic development and execution of clinical studies, ensuring quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
* Serve as primary contact with customers, managing relationships and communication.
* Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback to project teams.
* Collaborate across functional groups to support milestones and resolve study issues.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
* Mentor junior team members to ensure global alignment and professional development.
* Ensure project quality and manage scope changes and change control processes.
* Participate in executive committees as needed.
* Ensure financial success by managing resources and identifying opportunities for acceleration.
* Communicate lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
* Support corporate initiatives and serve as a change advocate.
* Provide input on team members' performance and support staff development.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field
* 10 years of clinical research experience, including 6 years in project management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
* Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
* Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
* Ability to handle conflicting priorities and work strategically
