Etihad Airways is hiring a Captain on the A320 aircraft to lead flight operations, ensure safety, and maintain on‑time performance. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and includes a tax‑free compensation package with a potential annual salary of AED 674,029.

The Role
* Ultimate authority for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of every flight.
* Technical command of the aircraft from taxi‑out to final engine shutdown.
* Leadership of crew, demonstrating strong decision‑making and effective crew resource management.
* Operate efficiently and responsibly, in line with company fuel and sustainability policies.
* Deliver consistent on‑time performance to meet reliability commitments.
What you’ll bring
* Minimum 5,500 hours total flying time.
* Minimum 2,500 PIC hours on multi‑crew, glass cockpit (A320).
* Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on one of the A320 family.
* Flown the A320 family within the last 12 months.
* Type rating valid for at least 2 months at time of joining.
* Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL.
* Unrestricted and current Class 1 medical.
* Age not exceeding 59 years on the joining date.
* Current TRE/TRI is an advantage.
* English language fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or higher.
* Hours accumulated on flights with inflight relief count as 75% toward the required minimum.
