The company is undergoing a significant growth and transformation process, focused on improving client experience, expanding strategic categories and innovating across the business.The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Jewellery & Watches division, defining the strategy, managing the P&L and overseeing commercial, operational and team activities.Key responsibilities include:Leading the department, including team management, operations and business results.Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, private consignors and key clients (prospection, pre‐sales, advisory, after‐sales).Evaluating, authenticating, cataloguing and valuing gemstones, fine jewellery and watches.Monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and enhance client experience.Overseeing the preparation and execution of quarterly auctions (catalogue creation, marketing, etc.).Coordinating with cross‐functional teams for auctions, private sales, e‐commerce and internal projects.Other key points:Strategic leadership role with full ownership of a key business area.Stable project within a leading art & luxury organisation undergoing strong growth.Dynamic, international environment with high visibility. xpzdshu Excellent opportunity for professional development in a unique and specialised sector.
