The Opportunity
PUIG is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team, reporting to the Store Manager. The Brand Ambassador is a key brand representative, a sales professional in the fragrance/beauty/luxury sector, committed to delivering excellent service, supporting store sales, and meeting set objectives.
What You'll Do
1. Ensure a unique shopping experience, achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and analyze store traffic metrics.
2. Promote cross-selling and upselling to exceed sales goals and enhance customer experience.
3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products within the assigned range and stay updated.
4. Communicate the stories and values of each brand, stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
5. Build customer loyalty by collecting information and establishing long-term relationships.
6. Participate in store meetings and contribute to action plans.
7. Manage special events, including product launches, customer events, and in-store promotions.
8. Ensure the point of sale reflects brand excellence, maintain product displays per standards, and suggest improvements.
9. Assist in stock management, including merchandise receipt, inventories, and orders.
10. Work collaboratively with team members, demonstrate proactivity, and seek solutions aligned with company values.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings led by management and education teams.
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about or experienced in selling fragrances, makeup, or luxury/niche brands.
* Experience as a makeup specialist is preferred.
* Enjoys sales with a customer-centric approach and building long-term client relationships.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
* Team-oriented, open, ambitious, dynamic, proactive.
* Flexible in working hours and tasks.
* Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
