Talent Clinics, a leading specialized dental recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Dental Clinic Director for a prestigious private clinic in Málaga. Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including team coordination (reception, assistants, hygienists) and support for doctors.
* Agenda Management: Optimize clinic schedules to ensure high productivity and efficient clinical times.
* Sales & Conversion: Lead the first-visit protocol, presenting budgets to patients and managing conversion rates to achieve billing targets.
* KPI Control: Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as production, ticket average, acceptance of treatments, and no-shows.
* Quality Assurance: Implement internal protocols for billing, financing, and patient follow-ups to guarantee clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
* Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with laboratories and suppliers, including stock control and orders.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or similar (Valued).
* Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Dental Clinic Director or Operations Manager.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in dental management software (e.g., Gesden, Flowww, or Dentalink) is highly valued.
* Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated ability in sales, budgeting, and patient financing.
* Mindset: Result-driven while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
