Role Overview
We are looking for a
German speaking Customer Service Specialist
to support users of a digital‑focused platform. The role suits candidates with an interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with a technical understanding. You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brand’s voice consistently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Support users with pre‑sales, general inquiries,_salient and technical issues
Handle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels innovation;
Manage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processes
Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
Candidate Requirements
Native‑level German
English proficiency at B2 Redemption or먼 higher
Mandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in a structured, multi‑ https channel support environment
Nice to have
Experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)

Compensation
Base salary: 1,100 € per month (paid over 14 months)
Performance bonus: 180 € for 12 months
Meal allowance: 7.23 € net per working day
