Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the global quality assurance effort across Biopharma sites, with emphasis on packaging and final product release. You will back site Quality teams to ensure consistent QA processes and regulatory compliance. You will oversee quality incidents, deviations, investigations and CAPAs, and support batch release with cross-functional collaboration. You will drive harmonization and continuous improvement across sites while staying aligned with regulatory standards. - Execute global QA processes across Biopharma sites with focus on packaging and final product release
- Provide operational global QA support to site Quality teams
- Coordinate management of quality incidents, deviations, investigations and CAPAs
- Support batch release processes with Supply, Logistics, and stakeholders
- Oversee Quality Systems, identify risks and escalate critical issues
- Coordinate and contribute to global Quality projects and initiatives
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
- Collect and analyse Quality Metrics and KPIs for data‑driven decisions
- Promote harmonization and best practices across sites
- Supervise and coordinate Quality teams and capability development
- Stay informed of regulatory requirements and ensure proper implementationResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within pharma/biopharma
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management
- Ability to facilitate change
- Develops collaborative working relationships
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for Biological products
- International experience
- Willingness to travel internationally
