As a Business Analyst, you will lead in analyzing and improving business processes, utilizing your extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques. Your role includes overseeing project analysis, mentoring junior analysts, and providing critical insights influencing high-level business strategies.
What you will do:
1. Drive the strategic planning and analysis for key business initiatives.
2. Lead and oversee complex business analysis projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Develop advanced analytical models and methods to solve challenging business problems.
4. Influence stakeholders through persuasive communication of data-driven insights and recommendations.
5. Establish and maintain best practices for business analysis within the organization.
6. Provide thought leadership in business analysis, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging practices.
What we are looking for:
* 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
* Strong understanding of business process reengineering and optimization.
* Extensive experience with stakeholder management and requirements negotiation.
* Strong expertise in data analytics and making data-driven recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability to make informed business decisions and provide strategic insights.
* IT infrastructure knowledge relevant to business systems.
* Experience translating business needs into technical stories (iOS/Android).
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
