What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project / Programme Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic initiatives within a Wealth Management environment, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams.
The role requires strong governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery oversight across complex, business-critical programmes.
The candidate will operate across cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Regulatory, and Client Reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responisbilities:
1. Governance
Establish and maintain effective programme governance structures aligned with client standards
Define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks
Organize and lead governance forums (SteerCo, Programme Boards, working groups)
Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
Manage escalations and support timely decision-making
2. Planning and Dependency Management
Define and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple projects and workstreams
Identify, track, and actively manage interdependencies across systems, teams, and vendors
Ensure alignment between business and technology deliverables
Manage critical path, milestones, and deliverables
Proactively identify risks related to dependencies and propose mitigation strategies
3. Programme Reporting
Produce high-quality, executive-level reporting on programme status
Track and report progress against scope, budget, timeline, risks, and benefits
Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders and leadership
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure regular updates
Drive transparency and accountability across all programme activities
4. Scope Management
Define and maintain programme scope in alignment with business objectives
Implement effective change control processes
Ensure all scope changes are formally assessed, approved, and communicated
Prevent scope creep through strong governance and stakeholder alignment
Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and business outcomes
5. Overall Testing Management Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end testing strategy across programme workstreams
Ensure alignment between business testing, system integration testing, and UAT
Work with QA and business teams to define test plans, entry/exit criteria, and timelines
Track testing progress, defects, and resolution
Ensure readiness for production deployment through appropriate testing sign-off
Additional Responsibilities
Stakeholder management across senior business and technology leaders
Vendor and third-party coordination where applicable
Budget and financial tracking (where applicable)
Support regulatory and audit activities
Ensure alignment with Wealth Management domain priorities (e.G., client onboarding, portfolio management, reporting platforms)
Required Skills and Experience
Core Skills
Proven experience as a Project or Programme Manager in Financial Services, preferably Wealth or Asset Management
Strong understanding of programme governance and delivery frameworks (e.G., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Hybrid)
Excellent planning, coordination, and dependency management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Experience managing complex, multi-stream programmes
Technical / Domain Experience (Preferred)
Experience in Wealth Management platforms, Client Reporting, or Investment Operations
Understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements in financial services
Exposure to data platforms, reporting systems, or front-office tools
