ABOUT YOU
* You love working with children and have experience in childcare, with the ability to communicate confidently with parents/guardians.
* A recognized childcare qualification or education is mandatory for this role.
* You are energetic, engaging, and capable of leading sessions within an international team.
* You are eager to learn, adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
* You are fully conversational in English; additional languages are a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and deliver fun, age-appropriate programs for children aged 0-3 or 3-12, focusing on developmental needs and creating magical moments.
* Participate in events such as team days, parades, and evening kids' discos.
* Maintain high childcare standards, including health and safety guidelines.
* Engage with parents/guardians, answer questions, resolve issues, and adapt to guest needs.
