Mission & Responsibilities The Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM) leads and coordinates engineering activities on every project, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities Define the Project Development Plan (DDVP) including strategy, product definition, assignment of project managers and detailed work breakdown structure (WBS).
Lead coordination and management of all engineering activities, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration among team members.
Plan and monitor project activities to deliver on schedule (Design On‐Time Delivery, D‐OTD).
Consolidate risks and opportunities in the engineering field.
Manage multi‐project planning and arbitrage across projects according to company priorities.
Represent engineering in steering meetings and follow‐up sessions with management.
Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in engineering project delivery.
Master in soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, planning, analytical and organizational skills).
Engineering background in Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar.
Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, JIRA, Primavera) is an asset.
