Proposed Training Plan
The selected intern will join GSK's medical department in the specialty care area, under the supervision of industry professionals. The training will focus on project management activities, including documentation, economic management, team management, and risk and quality management, within the company's ethical and legal framework. The program aims to develop transversal skills such as teamwork, achievement orientation, and proactivity.
Training Objectives
The development plan aims to train in project management, including:
* Implementation, monitoring, control, and closure of projects using appropriate methodologies, techniques, and tools.
* Documentation management
* Team management
* Management of follow-up and closure reports
* Risk identification and quality management
Candidate Profile
* University student in undergraduate studies pending TFG / PFC or a graduate in ADE, Economics, or Health Sciences.
* Language skills: C1 level in English.
