Talent Acquisition
Reporting to the Director of the People Area, he/she will be in charge of managing and administering all aspects related to the recruitment of talent for the company.
Among its functions and responsibilities are:
- Manage the talent recruitment process, design and publish offers, screen curricula and manage applications efficiently.
- Conducting competency-based interviews, both face-to-face and virtual.
- Preparation of hiring proposals (letter of engagement), as well as processing requests for recruitment documentation.
- Onboarding and offboarding management, preparing welcome plans, coordinating documentation and monitoring the integration of new hires. As well as departures, ensuring proper delivery of information and conducting exit interviews when appropriate.
- Managing the documentation and processes of the People area, preparing and updating job descriptions (DPTs), registering the information of the selection processes in the system (ATS) and generating reports, tests and metrics on the recruitment activity.
- Participation in transversal projects of the People area and collaboration in the organization of engagement actions and internal events aimed at reinforcing the corporate culture and team commitment.
- Management of the work environment and conflict resolution, acting as support in the mediation of incidents that may arise and contributing to maintaining a positive, close and collaborative work environment.
We are looking for a person with a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar, with specialization in HR. A good level of English is required, as well as previous experience of at least 3 years in similar roles. You must also have some availability to travel and an advanced command of Pack Office.
