As a Security Coordinator, your mission will be to ensure proactive, effective, and compliant security operations across all sites. You will support security programs, maintain procedures and risk plans, coordinate trained personnel, and serve as a key liaison for audits, incidents, and on‑site stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
* Maintain continual focus on site security services to minimize risk and promote proactive and consistent approach.
* Ensure the availability of competent personnel responsible for coordinating security programs and liaising directly with senior on‑site management.
* Provide on‑call availability for incident management outside normal business hours.
* Oversee and maintain the site’s Security Programme.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
* Identify innovative security services and products.
* Encourage development of working methods across the security team.
* Provide technical advice and project‑planning support to the client’s Security Management team.
* Coordinate with other service providers operating on‑site (e.g., FM suppliers).
Resource Management
* Deliver specific training to all security personnel based on the client’s requirements.
Document Management and Administration
* Support internal and client audits, providing all required reports within established deadlines and in accordance with security data‑disclosure standards.
Regulatory Compliance and Management Systems
* Provide and maintain procedures and process to ensure compliance with the client Security Manual.
* Complete and maintain a Risk Analysis & Emergency Plan for each Site in‑line with the client Security policy.
Other Cross Functional / General Support Functions
* Any other function that derives from their area of responsibility
Requirements
Education
* Intermediate Professional Qualification (required)
* Higher Professional Qualification (preferred)
Knowledge
* User-level skills in Microsoft Office
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar position (preferred)

* Availability to travel
* Residence in Madrid
