About the Role:
We are seeking a highly autonomous and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management within international environments, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. This role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects independently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present results to senior management and business stakeholders.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners.
* Utilize project management tools and relevant software to optimize procurement and invoicing processes.
* Monitor and analyze project performance metrics.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in international environments.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
* Fluent in English (mandatory).
* Proven experience with Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
* Solid knowledge of procurement and invoicing tools, specifically: Coupa, Oro, Concour, VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), STP (Source to Pay)
* Knowledge of SAP, especially in procurement and invoicing.
* Background in finance and procurement is highly valued.
* Ability to work remotely and willingness to attend the office if required.
