Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Inside Sales Chat Representatives to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
* Monitor daily team performance, provide real-time support, and escalate issues when needed to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Analyze KPIs (conversion rates, chat volumes, AOV, CSAT, etc.) and implement strategies to optimize team results
* Collaborate with stakeholders, account managers, and support teams to align on campaign execution, product focus, and service delivery
* Manage scheduling, adherence, and productivity to meet staffing and performance expectations
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A proficient or bilingual level of English (another language is a plus)
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
* 2-4 years of inside sales experience or at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or coaching role (preferred)
* Experience working in a digital/chat-based sales environment - ideally for a tech brand
* Strong proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
* Familiarity with chat platforms (e.g., LivePerson, Intercom, Zendesk Chat)
* Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance dashboards and generate actionable insights
* Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to give feedback constructively
What We Offer:
* Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
