The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and act as a finance business partner to DTC and Marketing stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Performance AnalysisLead the monthly closing analysis for the DTC channel (Retail & E-commerce), ensuring accurate performance reporting versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year.Develop and maintain analytical models and financial tools, primarily in Excel. Manage and structure large datasets to produce clear and actionable financial insights.Prepare and present management reports and performance dashboards for European leadership and general HQ.Provide detailed variance analysis on sales, margins, operating expenses and marketing investments.Monitor store and e-commerce profitability, identifying risks and opportunities.Support financial evaluation of campaigns and brand initiatives.Support the development of data automation and
