We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master who is eager to drive team transformation and foster a high-performing, product-driven mindset. As part of the product delivery team, you will guide teams toward high performance and product excellence. Lead the team's transformation from a delivery mindset to a product- and value-driven approach, fostering self-organization and high performance
* Ensure Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) are effective, purposeful, and outcome-driven
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement through agile metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops
* 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in digital product environments
* Proven experience evolving teams toward high performance and strong product ownership
* Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks with a pragmatic, people-first approach
* Experience with OKRs, agile metrics, Lean UX, or systems coaching is a plus
* Fluency in English and Spanish
