Campari España distributes the Campari products in the Spanish market, with a local organization based in Barcelona comprising a team of four supply chain professionals. The SC team is responsible for demand planning, customer service and local logistics activities. The local supply chain team is led by the Spanish Supply Chain Manager, who reports to the EMEA Regional CS & Logistics Director. The team supports the local commercial organization in ensuring excellent service to final customers at minimum logistics cost and in full compliance with Campari guidelines.
General Description of the Role
The Logistics and Customer Service (Supply Chain) Specialist will manage the order-to-invoice cycle to serve the Spanish local market by coordinating the local 3PL and will support the SC Manager Spain in running the operational demand forecast process.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Customer Service
Responsible for entering in SAP-4 Customers' Sales Orders either directly from the Customers or from the Sales team
Managing the order cycle from initial order, delivery to invoice
Managing samples and staff order requests in a timely manner
Monitoring service level to Customers and defining corrective actions across different functions
Manage and ensure successful completion of specific requests outside of standard deliveries
Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams on specific orders to ensure on-time delivery with customers
Regular contact with Finance team, specifically Accounting, to review potential credit issues with Customers
Logistics Operations
Manage in SAP the replenishment flows from the Campari Plants to the local DC
Connect with HQ (SSG) Planning Hub and Campari Factories to ensure priorities are actioned
Monitor inbound flows ensuring timely delivery; facilitate proper interaction between the forwarders/haulers and the local DC
Transfer Sales Orders to the local 3PL to meet Customers' requirements
Monitor service KPIs of the 3PL (i.e.: "in full" and "on time")
Coordinate 3PL co-packing activities in line with business requirements and guidelines
Ensure proper level of stock accuracy by the local 3PL in line with Campari standard operational model
Run annual stock take and reconciliation as per timing and requirements set by internal/external auditors
Control and report all logistics costs making sure that invoices from 3PL are in line with agreed rates
Manage monthly dashboard on logistics cost and service based on inputs from 3PL
Supervisor role on customs documentation (excise tax).
Manage the Sales Order process with the 3PL including creation, delivery, and billing to customer
Demand Planning
Support the Spanish SC Manager in running the Demand Planning processes for Campari Spain
Communicate portfolio changes and ensure that master data in the planning systems is set up correctly, drive product life cycle initiatives
Ensure that volume & promo inputs coming out of the customer planning process are integrated into the consensus plan
Guarantee data integrity & aggregation to provide the volume forecast outlook for the regional Supply Chain as well as country MDs and management teams in the decision-making process
Participate in the local consensus meetings, track risks and opportunities
Participate in the weekly S&OE with EMEA Supply Planning and local Customer Service
Ensure forecast accuracy of the demand plan
Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business administration
Languages:
Spanish Mother tongue (must have)
English fluent (must have)
Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Service and Logistics (Spirits/Beverage industry preferred) plus Demand Planning.
SAP knowledge, ECC or S4-HANA
Experience working with Demand Planning systems in defined planning (nice to have)
Hands‐on experience with SAP APO or IBP Demand Planning (desirable).
Strong background in Excel (must), Power BI (plus)
