An established international school located in Northern Spain is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead local marketing execution and business development initiatives.
This is a strategic and operational role for a dynamic professional who enjoys being both hands-on and commercially driven, with the ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and locally adapt the annual marketing plan.
- Coordinate events, fairs and Open Days.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Analyse KPIs and optimise marketing performance.
- Generate and manage multi-channel content, including social media.
- Monitor local competitors and market trends.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local companies and institutions.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the school at networking and business events.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities within the community.
- Liaise with central marketing teams.
- Coordinate local suppliers and promotional material production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Experience managing B2B relationships.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
