Role Overview:
Engage with high-profile clients of a leading European digital bank, providing expert financial advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat platforms for banking clients in the German market.
- Handle inquiries related to banking services, account management, transfers, and more.
- Manage back-office tasks including email and WhatsApp correspondence.
- Promote innovative banking products while adhering to transparency and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report anomalies in applications, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Achieve set quality standards and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Language Skills: Fluent in German at a C2 level.

Experience:
Previous banking experience is advantageous.
Benefits:
- Full-time position, 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month), from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary of 20,730 EUR gross per year.
