About the Position
Job Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for ensuring process uniformity across Business Units (BUs) and keeping the Iberia General Manager (GM) informed about business progress. This role involves supporting Unit Managers, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and aligning with company objectives. The Marketing Director will also design market access strategies, oversee health economics studies, drive clinical selling efforts, establish industry partnerships, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences. This position plays a crucial role in identifying issues, providing solutions, and enhancing marketing efficiency within the organization.
Key Accountabilities
* Support and coordinate the Business Units Managers responsible for their respective units.
* Keep the GM informed of BU evolution, threats, and opportunities in the IVD market.
* Ensure all product and service launches follow a consistent pattern with a clear company message.
* Secure alignment of BU marketing activities with strategic company objectives.
* Collaborate with the Sales Director, AM, and BUM to prepare the budget.
* Identify common problems in the BU, offer solutions, and simplify processes for efficiency.
* Supervise relationships with main represented companies in each BU.
* Design and implement market access strategies for product availability and reimbursement.
* Oversee health economics studies to support product value propositions.
* Develop clinical selling strategies to communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.
* Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance market positioning and growth.
* Implement multichannel marketing strategies to target audiences effectively.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
* Degree in Healthcare, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
* Extensive healthcare and IVD marketing experience.
* Proven success in marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Background in market access, health economics, and clinical selling.
* Ability to establish and maintain industry partnerships.
* Experience managing multichannel marketing initiatives.
* Leadership skills, including team development and cross-functional coordination.
Skills & Capabilities
* Leadership, communication, team development, strategic vision, ethics.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
Travel requirements: Up to 5-10% of time.
