* Location: Remote (preferably Ukraine or similar time zone)

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate within a UI/UX team of 10+ designers to deliver high-quality website and web-app designs.
* Conduct design research and create moodboards that define visual direction and tone.
* Design wireframes and interactive prototypes for websites, e-commerce, and web applications.
* Create unique, non-templated UI concepts that solve business tasks and "wow" clients.
* Design responsive layouts and adapt interfaces for mobile and tablet devices.
* Build and maintain design systems and UI Kits in Figma.
* Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistency with brand guidelines.
* Contribute to internal marketing materials (Dribbble shots, Behance case studies, website portfolio, social media visuals, etc.).
* Collaborate with Lead UI/UX Designer and Art Director, taking feedback and iterating on concepts.
Requirements
* 2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer (regular freelance projects also count, if stable and ongoing).
* Proven experience designing websites, e-commerce, and/or web applications (not only one product over several years).
* At least 5+ UI concepts for websites created within the last year.
* Strong creative thinking and "out-of-the-box" mindset with high attention to detail.
* Ability to conduct research, gather references, and build moodboards.
* Experience working with Brand Guidelines / Brand Books and extending branding into UI/UX.
* Excellent command of Figma (your "99+ level" daily tool).
* Passion for design trends, new approaches, and a constant drive to learn and improve.
* Team-oriented mindset, openness to feedback, and readiness to take ownership of results.
Nice to Have
* Drawing/illustration skills and experience creating custom graphics for web.
* Basic to intermediate motion design skills (ability to show animation ideas in Figma/Jitter or Adobe After Effects).
* Experience working in a team environment on multi-disciplinary projects.
* Background in Graphic Design / Brand Design.
* Confident English B2+: reading, writing, and understanding documentation and design resources; potential participation in calls in the future.
* Experience working with AI tools for design on an advanced level (ideation, asset generation, optimization, etc.).
