What You’ll Do
Execute daily Intune operational tasks (policy monitoring, compliance checks).
Resolve standard endpoint incidents and service requests.
Support device onboarding, configuration changes, and user issues.
Assist with rollouts of new endpoint features or policies.
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
Maintain Security baselines (BitLocker, Secure Boot, etc.).
Troubleshoot Operational Intune issues related to enrollment, compliance, policy conflicts, or deployments.
Experience working within ITIL‑aligned service operations.
Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.
What You Bring
4–6 years of experience in endpoint or workplace services.
Hands‑on experience administering Intune.
PowerShell scripting to support.
Microsoft Graph API scripting.
Knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions will be considered a plus, especially Microsoft Copilot: Understanding of how AI‑based tools can support operational efficiency and automation.
